Friday: 4 hour hike (8miles, Fossil Creek Day)
Saturday: rest day, active recovery of 2 hr kayaking
Sunday: rest day
Monday: CrossFit
Tuesday: CrossFit
Wednesday: CrossFit
Thursday: CrossFit, Rock Climbing
Learnings/challenges:
2 days that were under protein goal by 20-30 grams :(
Still some fatigue but overall feel fueled and satiated with my current macros/calories
Good on alcohol goal this past week but did have more sweets than planned
Doing better at learning when I am emotionally dysregulated and adding in extra self care time with reading/walks/yoga instead of stuffing with sweets/alcohol
