Our sessions will be

At CrossFit Precipice, we offer small group sessions (capped at 6) which allow members to get a great deal of individual coaching attention, while still feeling that they are part of a community.

Targeted

Programming is designed to improve your quality of life and performance. Whether you’re a conditioned athlete or just getting back into exercise, our sessions will target the fitness level you are currently at and looking to achieve.

INVIGORATING

With regular exercise there are many benefits. Among them are feeling strong, confident, and energized. Each session will leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished.

our Programs

  • CrossFit group sessions are an hour long and include a dynamic warm up, skill specific warm up, movement instruction, a Workout of the Day (WOD), and cool down. The Trainer will support and assist athletes in tailoring the workout to meet individual levels and ability.

    Session Times:

    Monday through Thursday

    7am, 12pm, 4:20pm, 5:30pm

  • Masters group sessions are one hour long and are exclusively for people ages 60 and up. These sessions are designed with the needs of older adults in mind, and include a longer warm up with focused attention on regaining and obtaining functionality. All levels and abilities welcome.

    Session Times:

    Mondays and Thursdays at 9am and 10:10am

  • Adaptive sessions are one hour long and are exclusively for Adaptive athletes. Adaptive athletes have a permanent physical impairment such as cerebral palsy, limb amputation, limb difference, autism, etc. These sessions are focused on obtaining functionality and improving the ability to perform ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). All levels and abilities welcome.

our prices

We offer a flat monthly rate for each program.

  • CrossFit Sessions: $220 per month

  • Masters Sessions: $180 per month

In order to gain the multiple benefits of training CrossFit, commitment is necessary. Because of this, it is recommended to attend 3+ sessions per week (2 sessions per week for Masters).

We do not offer punch cards.

We do require all new members to go through Foundations. Foundations is 3 one-on-one sessions where a coach will take you through specific movements in an unloaded environment. These sessions will be completed prior to your first group session. The Foundations sessions allow for:

  • us to see how you move and offer corrections in a private, uninterrupted environment

  • you to learn about CrossFit and our coaching style

  • you to easily and confidently assimilate into group sessions

Foundations is a flat rate of $150.
